in his post. He noted that the chips are phony. MANY of the commemorative chips are so noted on the chip inlays...these are not. They do show two dates on them, but for someone that is not very knowledgeable about chips & casinos & the history of each, it could be confusing or deceptive. I believe that it is important to get out as much CORRECT information as possible, especially since this club has an educational mission. I know that I had been upset numerous times as a newbie chip collector when I had purchased something that turned out to be something different than was claimed.

My Understanding is that A Club Member is Involved
... and which club member would that be???
Since a non-CCGTCC person is able to file a COE ~~
