The story I heard was that Colbrandt's Flamingo Club was known as a "high roller" place that attracted the likes of La Vern Redfield. The meaning of the "Sky ---" was that "Sky's the limit" on bets. I suppose we'll never really know. Since the chip says Flamingo Club on one side and has something else on the other side and matches the mold - and the Flamingo design - on Roy's exactly - there is a good chance they are both prototypes. If they had been production pieces I would think there would have been a lot more of them around - I think they are not too common. In any case, its a very cool chip and having the matching die argues for a real club somewhere and Colbrandt's fits the bill.
