Just a layman point of view. Seemed like an unprofessional way to deal with a counter you wanted banned from your casino for $700??? Why not give him the $700 then inform him his play is to strong for them and he's no longer welcome to play at their casino? With today's facial recognition software I wouldn't think they would have A hard time IDing this guy as a counter. Total waste of time for all involved.
