That's actually a preview copy and re-read the intro because it will be free.
Just ask Andy Martello how tough it is to publish something.
It's easier to make it free to download which I will when I get feedback and make a lot of corrections.
For now, it's pretty much a secret so don't tell anybody till I am ready to put it out there! LOL
