I'm not sure I understand your second question, but I'll try to help.

Firstly, the TAC WR chip you have is the only one. There are none with gray inserts.

Secondly, the "TAC" stands for Turf Athletic Club and it wasn't an actual place, but more of a holding company for the partnership between the Maceos and their partners. It is a little confusing because there is a Turf Grill/Club as well.

Examples of chips used at any of the TAC clubs:

The Western Room and Studio Lounge were in the upper levels of the Turf Grill at 2216 Market Street.

Examples of Studio Lounge chips:

Examples of Western Room chips:

The Balinese Room was in another structure over the Gulf of Mexico. (It's a little confusing because all the clubs had chips with TAC on them)

Examples of Balinese Room chips:

As you can see from above, the Western Room and the Balinese Room did have chips without the "TAC" on them. The Turf Athletic Club partnership also owned other clubs without TAC on the chips - such as the Hollywood Dinner Club (although at one point there was supposedly a "TAC HD" chip, but I've never seen one.
