Just by sheer coincidence, i used to live in Fairfield, CA in the 1990's while still working at Mare Island, and also by coincidence I lived in Montana, not too far from Fairfield, MT maybe a 125 miles. I am a Montana chip collector, and have not heard of this place. My bet is that it is at the California location. I would sure like to know the answer to this riddle, when you know let me know.
