Sam's Town Lennox Lewis room key

I already have this one with the blank back:

I am looking for one with the normal room key info on the back.

"Mortal Enemies" MGM token on the card:

I have the loose token already:

I am looking for this token on the presentation card (like the Tyson one shown below). I have every other boxing token on the card except this one. I am not positive it even exists as I have never seen a picture, but if every other token came on a card why not this one?
