Well, I'm a tab bit ticked off......a few weeks ago I won an auction from a seller (sinclairamerica) on eBay and everything looked like things are going well. 5 days later after the closed, I get a PayPal Refund for the amount of the auction and the auction was cancelled. The auction was for some chips and tokens, nothing really worth a whole lot of money but I needed the tokens for my collection. I contact the seller and he states "I don't have the items any more" so my guess is he got an offer higher than my $5.00 and $3.50 for postage. Not more a few hours being told that from the seller, I see that he relisted it for $10.
So I go back to the auction I won and gave him negative feedback (making sure others are aware of his practice of cancelling his finished auction and relisting it for a little more money). So today I look and the seller now has 100% positive feedback again and my negative feedback has been removed.
On top of if all, I'm blocked from bidding on his auctions (since I was willing to buy the item for $10 vs the $5).
So I guess the moral to this story is you can screw the buyer out of an auction (twice) and still look like you are a stellar seller.
