Funny you should mention this. He was the guy who ran up the bidding for my 50c Circus Circus chip to $136. He also bought the $1 and $2.50 Circus Circus chips from me - but hasn't paid yet. EBay will open up a case against him as a non-bidding buyer. Some weeks ago, however, he bought a Casino Pauma chip from me, and DID pay promptly. So what's cookin'?
