Hilton bought International from Kirk Kerkorian. Used the International name for first year of 2, during re-titling the property to Las Vegas Hilton.

Story I've heard was that they were given away at a party / banquet. Never meant for gambling as far as I know.

The chip is pretty hard to find, but more than 7 exist, IMO.
