I'm running windows 8.1, I don't really understand all the app stuff, I think the only app I use is the weather one, anyway I got a message from Microsoft and windows 10 coming out the end of July with an offer for free upgrade.....should I upgrade? I really haven't had too many problems with windows 8.1, the other day my Start button quit working and had to do a Google search to find and fix, but that's about it.
