Are both sides of the chips the same?

If the chips do not say Las Vegas, Nevada, on at least one side of each chip, then the Gaming Control Board would not have approved them for issuance.

I cannot comment on these chips as to whether or not they were prototypes and never got to the GCB , or if they are just souvenir chips, but they could not have been back-up chips as the GCB would not have approved them as shown.
