All the main prices increased some.

For example, when I would make a PayPal shipping label via my computer for the lightest DOMESTIC parcel (1 to 3 ounces), it used to cost me $1.93 (the clerk at the post office would charge me $2.32 for the same thing). Now with the new rates, a 1-3 ounce domestic parcel postage label would cost me $2.04 ($2.54 for the same thing bought at the clerk at the post office).

Here is the "proof." I started to generate a Paypal postal label today for this post to the message board:
