sadly no... the problem with UK chips that date from the Outlaw period (1964 until 1970) is that due to a loophole in the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act (1963) from a base of zero, the UK had over 1,200 'casinos' by 1966 (most in hotels, nightclubs or dance halls / bingo clubs). The Gaming Act (1968) was introduced to stop this and the number of casinos was slashed to 106 by 1971.
Many chips from the Outlaw period have no club name on the chips and even those that do can be nearly impossible to identify properly. So whilst I have no doubt your chips are the real deal, as to the club/location I am in the dark.
