For some reason, Ed Hertel's book on Illegals has a problem in the Illinois listings on the PDF. He does list a VCC in the Index at the back of the book but it's not a plain mold.

I don't see it listed in Kregg Herz' book on USPC inlaid chips or on Rich Hanover's web site.

We may never know.
