Payless has a good rate today - $208 total for the 8 days I would need a car but still too much for me. I am stuck at the South Point anyway so why pay for a car? I think last year I got one for about $120 which is still more than the cab fares I would use.

Most car places that have cars at the main rental center are OK to use - even the discount ones. I have not had a rental car problem for many years. That said I would not go off property just due to the extra time needed.
