I have been collecting (Well more drinking than collecting) Scotch for many years but I recently started getting really into scarce Bourbons.

While Pappy is pretty much impossible to find these days, there are some other really great and very tough bourbons out there that can be found if you look hard enough.

These are what I picked up in the last several weeks (Along with some Scotch).
