Rented in Phoenix with a reservation confirmation and when I got to the counter they had rented ALL vehicles according to the representative and I was SOL. They DID NOT offer to comp me in ANY way! I wrote emails and called their corporate, their philosophy was TOUGH S! I have traveled for business and vacations forever and have NEVER had this happen anywhere else. If it looks to be to good to be true it is! Learned my lesson just wanted to let you know!
