ATTENTION All Club Members!

As a Member, in good standing, you can be influential in determining the 2014 OTY Award winners by casting your virtual Ballot for the 2014 OTY Awards!

Here are some necessary links to get you set...

To review the Top TEN Nominees in each of the three OTY categories, just visit any one of these 3 links:

Each link holds scans of the 10 respective Nominees in each category. Each Nominee identified by an alphabetical designation that is to be used for you to identify the Nominee(s) you want to vote for. At each link you can navigate to the other two pages by using the drop-down menu at the top-center of the page you are on. The three active OTY categories are Chip of the Year (COTY), Silver Strike of the Year (SSOTY) and Slot Card / Room Key of the Year (CKOTY).

All voting will be conducted via email, only.

You can make note of your top 3 picks (a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finisher) in each category, using the 2014 OTY Ballot worksheet (linked here, NOTE: This is an MS/Word doc: http://www.thechipgallery.com/ebay/pics/OTYBALLOT2014.docx). Please keep in mind that your three votes are weighted. A 1st Place vote is 5 points, a 2nd Place vote is 3 points and 3rd Place vote is 2 points.

You will then need to get your votes emailed to me by the deadline, midnight, Sunday, 31 May. You may use the 2014 OTY Ballot worksheet to fill-in your vote(s), scan it, and then email me a digital copy. Or, just a simple email to me that clearly states the categories and the order of your 1st, 2nd and 3rd place selections. You MUST use the alphabetic reference for each selection, for example: COTY - A, J, D.

While it is encouraged for everyone to vote in all categories and to cast 3 votes in each, you may be selective and vote in just 1 or 2 of the categories and to cast less than 3 votes in each category. However, voting for less than 3 will be interpreted as 1st and 2nd place votes or just a 1st place vote.

Lastly, if anyone would like to step up now and commit to acquiring and donating to the 's Permanant Collection of All Past OTY Winners any one of the yet-to-be-determined OTY Award winners for 2014, then please feel free to do so. An email will probably be best.
Lastly, if you are in a position to loan any of the Nominees, for display at the 2015 Convention, then please let me know right away. Loaned items will be returned right after the Convention.
