There are a few things that make it seem like a more recent photo. 1) More up to date hair styles 2) The deck of cards has a resemblance to the cards used at the Palms when the Playboy was there, mainly the wide border on the circle where the logo is located. 3) The layouts up until the last 15 years were pretty standard, this layout has a lot of color.
