Stayed at Vdara last week and played quite a bit of poker at Monte Carlo, along with the Aria and MGM Grand.

The casino itself doesn't really set itself apart from the herd, but the poker room is a very friendly small room, with a good mix of locals and tourists. Reminded me a bit of the laid back vibe at Sam's Town. The tournament structures are also decent, especially for the 6 pm Nightly Deepstack.

I "discovered" my last day there you can take a shortcut and it is less than a 5 minute walk from the Aria poker room to the Monte Carlo poker room. The shortcut is great, and now i know for next time..just wish I found it earlier..lol..
