So far I have blocked him on 5 accounts! They are 1p215, 2p216, 9r8, 9r99 and his latest reincarnation started April 26th of 3r315 (started just after ebay cancelled his last two accounts!) The name attached to his last account of 9r8 was Bob DeCaro.

He's has a 12 feedback and has already negged one seller and given a neutral to another. He just bid on half a dozen of my auctions of which I quickly cancelled his bids and blocked him. My recommendation to you, steer clear of this nut bar! Looks like Ricky Pushkin sold a couple of items and survived, the next seller may not be so lucky. He always bids on AC chips as far as I can tell.
