Joel, cage employees are taught to refer to the casino bankroll in dollars and cents. If you ask a cage supervisor how many chips are in the rack of hundreds behind them, they will tell you $10,000, not 100 chips. I have had many instances where I have had to think about their answers when dealing with cage people. Not wrong, just the way they were taught. Maybe Michael Petty or someone from that department can enlighten us on that.
