We deal with Federal Prosecutors and local DA's constantly. They never take anything small, and I mean NEVER. They want theft cases that generate publicity(Feds). We use tribal courts in our Oklahoma casinos but the Kansas Act handcuffs us in our Kansas operation. I have four investigators on my staff and two law firms on retainer. I spend more time with them than my wife. If I brought them a file like Fred's case they would laugh for a week.
