Ron; I would imagine that if there was no parking fee charged, people would park at the Bass Pro Shops lot instead of paying for parking at Caesars and/or Ballys and there would be no room for Bass Pro Shop customers to park for their grand opening. Where do people park for free who are shopping at The Walk? I don't I know of too much free parking available in downtown Philadelphia or New York City.
