out for bid for the first phase (parking structures). The project is moving forward as far as design goes, but neither a Construction Manager nor General Contractor has been selected for the main project. The contractor that was originally thought to have secured the job, has withdrawn from consideration. There are rumblings that one of the larger resort contractors that has been inactive the past couple of years might rejoin the fray for this project. As a side note, the plans for the project are pretty cool.
