Convention Volunteers Still Needed

We still need volunteers to help in various areas at this year's convention. If you can give a couple of hours, Wednesday thru Saturday, please contact me via email.

We have a new need this year that won't require any lifting/moving but will require spending a couple of hours in a warm location. In the past there have been difficulties when dealers unloaded their vehicles and then took their merchandise to the bourse floor before moving their car/truck. This year we hope to have volunteers who will stay with the dealer's items while they move their cars so others can unload more quickly. Volunteers just keep an eye on things until the dealer gets back after parking their vehicle. We will provide cold drinks and I'm certain the dealers who are trying to unload will appreciate your presence.

We will need help with this both Wednesday and Saturday, after 4 pm. If you've wanted to help with set up or tear down but couldn't because of the lifting/moving, maybe this is the place for you!

If you can help with this new job or with any of the others we still have a need for, please contact me.

A reminder:

Volunteer Trade Session monitors are required in order for the sessions to take place. If you're serious about trading, please consider volunteering as a monitor.

Thanks!
