I agree with you that all NCV chips should be listed together. I even liked it better when all chips were listed together by denomination, with no separate categories. I also believe that all fantasy, fake, commemorative, etc. chips should be listed in TCR and The Chipguide, just so collectors know what they are. I'm sure everyone has their own opinion though.
