1 brass core chip = 14 grams = 1/2 ounce
2 brass core chips = 1 ounce
32 brass core chips = 1 pound (16 ounces)
64,000 brass core chips = 1 ton (2,000 pounds)

Gene said that "Spinetti had them made. Tons of them." Tons means two or more tons. So the minimum number of chips for this to be true is 128,000 brass core chips (two tons). Is that accurate? vbg
