You've already got two colors not mentioned by either John Kallman's CashCoinConnection or Barry Weintraub's ChipGuide: Yellow and blue large crown.

That said, it seems that SMILE was seeking high-rollers for its private (slightly crooked) games. So it's entirely possible that a few more colors (white, green) might exist.
