and had a gaming purpose. I'm just not sure what the purpose was. If it was for a tournament, would probably have been marked "tournament" somewhere. Could have been admission to various viewing areas of the race. I doubt they were sold in the gift shop. I've never seen any other Caesars Palace brochures that indicate what use they had. I have some of them in my No Cash Value chip collection.
