Regarding Mr. P;

First of all you must remember that Mr. P is/was an “IRS Tax Person” first, last and always.

His main concern, as I see it, is our Section 501 (C) (3) entity and the possible violation of it. I do not see where he’s complaining about the volunteers.

The building fund was a good idea, but I feel that it will never happen and the monies should be moved into the General Fund or the MOGH Fund – membership vote would be nice but I don’t feel you will get a large vote, so what, it’s done and the membership has had a chance to vote on it.

The Building we all wanted was viable years ago - but now the membership is way, way down and probably 20% of the remaining membership are life members meaning no dues - meanwhile land and building construction cost have escalated to were the remaining, non-life members, membership cannot meet the rising cost.

So, let’s do like the U.S. government does and take from one Fund (SSI) and use for other purposes like buying cell phones for the lazy workers.
