They did chips last year & this year for the Chinese New Year. Outside Las Vegas, the Bonanza in Reno has done a few $1 LEs lately. Club Fortune in Henderson did a $1 LE in 2012. Beyond that, really getting the latest $1 chip feels like getting a LE. But as far as actual LE, they are few & far between.
