Yes I would have taken it for that price but the oldest daughter is planning a move into a new house so we have to rehab the old one to prepare it for sale and then the new one (it was a foreclosure). I have been so tired at night that most days I can't see straight and have not seen the board for two days. Not big deal since I already have a pile of them.
