What are you saying when you state RESETTING the Payouts ? Was the tito for an anount over $1200 ? If so the machine wouldn't play until it was reset, it doesn't in any way change the hold percentage. In Nevada the gaming board doesn't allow the hold perctage to be changed on the floor plus to change the hold percentage a computer chip has to be changed or reprogramed.
