It is hard to be 100% sure. The fact that the wings are a bit different and the "O" is a bit different don't bother me that much. I have other examples where the logo changes. For example, here are two chips from the Dallas AC that are a bit different
Regarding the Olympic Club, the card is definitely from the Olympic Club. The chips have been attributed to the Olympic club long before I got them. The Club definitely had a card room. An article on my site mentions the "winged O cardroom". If the cardroom was famous enough to be referred to as the "winged O cardroom", I would guess that a chip that had a winged O and no other identifying words would be from that room. Also the wings on the card don't fit the round inlay as well. IMH, the logo was altered to better fit the inlay
