My complaint for today: I rented a larger PO Box so it could take packages. About 40% of the time, though, I get a notice to pick up the package at the counter when the package would clearly fit and it didn't need a signature.

I wrote a letter to my local postmaster today asking why I spend extra money for a larger box. Let's see if I get a response.

Putting a tag in my box means: (1) the employee who is supposed to put mail in the boxes is spending time filling out notice slips; (2) it wastes my time (but who cares about that?); (3) the counter clerks have to leave their post to retrieve packages that can be difficult to find when the package is small and the pile is big; (4) other customers have to wait longer while clerks are in back (but who cares about that?).
