Just my opinion, but I think the owner could have done without
the Continental kit.

Chevrolet Ad
I could be wrong but I believe the car shown in your scan is an
Impala because of the Racing Flag Emblem on the rear quarter
panel and chrome piece directly underneath. The Chevy ad
below shows the Impala with the emblem and chrome piece,
while the Bel Air does not.
