Phillip...I believe they sold their interests of the Sky Harbor and also had interests in the Tahoe Village. I know they were in a big lawsuit in early 50's against the other investors of the Tahoe Village. I cant remember all the names...William Foster, Dominic Battilana, Joseph Ganelli. Some of the parties were suing the others for mismanaging the property. The next year Arata and his wife was robbed of over 10k in cash/jewels. The men that were caught were from Reno. Most likely a retaliation from the other partners. I'll try to find the article and post.
