Re: Strage chips for the collector
In Response To: Storing chips ()

A long time ago, in a land where nobody wanted to go, I went in to Coop's coin shop and talked to one of the sales persons. I told him I was looking for some new way to hold my collection of chips.
He said wait, came back and had plastic pocket pages. I said, had those and the added expence of card board /plastic , both flips.
No , he said, these are 30 pocket pages that are to small to hold flips or anything else, except lets try your chip.
It slide in tight and it worked. The chip did not slide out on its own but did come out.

You can hold your collection in less pages, they don't fall out, you could get strong 3 ring binders, or do what I did, get 2 strong plastic bags w/handles, find a strong box that will accept the size of the pages, and put your stack of pages in the bag then into the box. keep the handles at the top so you can access the stack or just pull the stack out. Easy
Second you can use the same 30 pocket pages to hold your traders when you go to the trade sessions, works great.
The pages are not standard coin pages per say. They do work great, great for chips.
We do have them for sale and they will be at our table at the convention.

I hope that helps.
