I feel your pain. The USPS is a very big company. I have many horror stories. That is why I spell out the USA State's names in full. And under it, I write: USA.
I was at my post office shipping out an eBay sold chip using USPS Priority small box mailer...about $5.90.
I was chatting with the PO clerk who said my wrapping was perfect. He then said to me to turn around to see a lady with two large Priority boxes. He said to see how the box was stuff overly and bulging a lot. He said to me that he is going to reject them both. He said it with a happy vengeful smirk!!! WOW!!!
