Everyone has a different way to store and some of it depends on the number, how you plan to access them or display them, and how much you want to spend. The cheapest way is probably in boxes or racks. You can buy the racks that hold a hundred chips pretty cheaply. it doesn't allow for much deviation from it but it does allow for inserting chips. So if you keep them in order and you add a new "Aladdin" $1 chip, you are able to push the rest of the chips down the line without too much trouble.
Another option is the pages you show. There are people who are better to talk about the type of page to use to avoid damage and the quality of the page. They are not too expensive and you can look at CT Coins, or JPs Corner or many other places to get the pages. Biggest downside is adding chips. I am ordered about how my chips are in storage. They are by casino, city, state, denom. If I add the Aladdin $1 it will push the rest down and potentially i am moving chips all over the place to get it in the right place.
The option I use is the red boxes. I put each chip in a cardboard flip, write some information on it, and then file it away in a red box. I can move things around, add boxes, add chips etc. BUT ----- this is because I don't really take them out of the boxes. I have a database with the scan and information and I have the PDF built. Its not too expensive to do it this way and they are safe in the vault. I am in the midst of a major reconciliation now (I am up to "G" - so a long way to go).
Others may have some other opinions.
