I recall several years ago, an Indian restaurant named "Taj Mahal" that opened in A.C. not too far from Trump Taj Mahal near one of the many Cash For Gold storefronts. Trump filed a law suit and had the restaurant owner remove their sign and change the name. I am sure Ichan would experience a similar lawsuit if he decided to cut Trump out of the loop, but unlike the Indian restaurant owner, Ichan would be a formidable foe in a such a legal challenge.
