I'm the one that found the lot of $1 Travelodge chips a couple of years ago. I went through them recently and found three that are spun center. If anyone is interested, I've listed one of them on eBay (starting at $229 auction). Word of note: My spun center chips have a shadow on the edges of the bear on both sides of the coin. I don't know enough about chips to know if it's oxidation or how they were created, but it's there.
