Unless the chip here is a poor scan, it would appear to be an "RCC" not an "ACC". There appears to be an indent on the right side of the first letter. An "A" would have a clear straight line.
Ref "ACC" chips as examples AME, ALB, ABC, ACB in horseshoe, while "R" letters would be examples of RCG, RSC, RPG, R&S.

Again, maybe the scan just doesn't show the letter clearly but it does look more like an "R".
