Recently bid on an item and was high bidder. Next bid showed "private listing - bidders' identities protected".

In a public auction this seems to hold a possibility of coersion from the seller.

I know it's hard to figure out who the actual bidders are from their shortened bidder ID but this just doesn't sit right.

Liked the old system where you could see who else was bidding. There are times that I would not bid if I knew another bidder really wanted the item.
