Good point Barry. We are already considering the new contract and have come to realize that since our dealer base has shrunk since we were at the Riv we may no longer need quite as much space as in years past. That may allow us to get into properties not considered before. We will look at all places including the strip, downtown and locals places. The South Point may continue to be the best option but we will look at everything that meets our needs. This procedure will start after this years convention.
