If you mean the circular display, no...they're stitched in just like the other one. Because the sticks aren't flat, I glued 1/4" (I think) square balsa wood strips (painted black) to the edge of the foam core board...that made it kind of like a shadow box. If you do that, you have to make sure your frame is deep enough to handle the thickness of the foam core board, plus the wood strips, plus the glass.
