glasses were about 3" in diamater and 4" tall, heavy glass bottom, and glass was clear, with painted black add's on outside. Sure wish I saved some. I remember many people walking down Freemont St. carring a Pioneer drink. It was great advertising. The casino was mainly for the common folks, on a low budget. Not a high roller type of clients, but so much fun, we were married in 1960 went to LV on honeymoon, young kids 21 yrs old, low budget, but had the best time ever. We have been going back for 55yrs, 2-3 times a year. But, just loved old Vegas in 60's,70's & 80's, when the mob ran Vegas, and room's, food & drink's, & shows, were very reansonable. Gaming was the only profitable department. Now every department is a profit center, any the bean counters stay up all night makeing rules to make gameing more profitable. But South Point is still great with 1.25 hot dog's ect. I never took a camera, sure wish I had taken pictures.
