Harvey Fuller's Index has many inaccuracies. I know The Main Entrance was open in Tahoe since 1938, according to historic newspaper reports.

The club was open for about five years. I'd think there'd be some relics left of the place besides a couple blurry photos (where the photographer was focusing on one of the bigger clubs next to it).
